Join this Yoga Alliance Certified continuing education program that goes beyond the basics of yin yoga into the energy, psychology, anatomy and beyond. Learn how to teach practically, how to guard yourself as a teacher energetically, and how to support your students as they move through yin yoga meditations and postures. This course is taught by Ashley Holly, a yoga teacher with 20 years experience teaching public, private and corporate classes plus a decade of teacher training experience. Ashley studied with Thomas Myers, the author of Anatomy Trains, Leslie Kaminoff, the author of Yoga Anatomy, Bernie Clark, the author of Yin Yoga and Sarah Powers, the author of YinSights. Each of these teachers inform the way this program is directed and curated. The program is co-taught with Amanda Stokes, who brings a wealth of insight as a practicing psychotherapist, trauma informed yoga teacher, reiki master and so much more. Together, our diverse spokes of knowledge align to present a powerful yin yoga teacher training program unlike anything else out there.
