Private 1:1 & 2:1 Pilates

Pilates as it was meant to be. You’ll receive one-on-one instruction using a range of equipment including the mat, Reformer, Tower, Stability Chair, and more — all customized to meet your individual needs.
We also offer 2:1 semi-private sessions, perfect for sharing your session with a friend, partner, or family member while still receiving focused support and personalized attention.
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or deepen your Pilates practice, these sessions provide a highly effective and supportive environment.
4:1 Small Group Reformer
These small group sessions offer a personalized, high-touch experience that closely mirrors private training.

With just 4 participants, you'll receive individual attention, hands-on adjustments, and expert guidance from our highly experienced instructors.
Each session is rooted in the original Pilates principles, thoughtfully blended with contemporary movement - all while preserving the integrity and depth of the method. You'll build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected and confident in your body.

Small Group Pilates Mat

Vinyasa Flow – Breath-led movement for strength, mobility, and energy. Our most challenging offering.
Hatha Yoga – Slower-paced with a focus on alignment and mindful breath.
Candlelight Yoga – Hatha-based evening session to relax and unwind by candlelight.
Therapeutic Yoga – Trauma-informed, gentle somatic movement, restorative poses, breathwork, and mindfulness to support the nervous system.

designed to support your changing body, ease tension, and build strength as you prepare for birth and beyond. Taught by certified pre/postnatal instructors (and fellow mamas), it’s also a wonderful way to connect with others on the same journey and find your mom crew.
Looking for more Pilates? Consider our private equipment sessions with our fully certified instructors for personalized support throughout your pregnancy. OR, drop-in to any other class on the schedule - just be sure you have already let us know of your pregnancy before booking and that you have prior experience with whatever type of class you are attending.

These 6-week pre-registered series’ run Mondays at 2pm and Wednesdays at 2pm.
Blending gentle Pilates, yoga, and mindful strength, these classes help you reconnect to your core, ease tension, and support your body in the early postpartum months. We focus on postpartum-specific needs while gradually rebuilding strength, improving posture, restoring mobility, and supporting deep core + pelvic floor recovery.The class is intimate, casual, and fully supportive — feed, rock, change, bounce, or hold your baby whenever you need. The space is yours.
We’re a studio full of mothers, and we truly get what these early months feel like — the beautiful moments, the hard ones, and everything in between. 💛
