Private 1:1 & 2:1 Pilates

These sessions offer a tailored approach to help you achieve your personal movement goals.

  • Pilates as it was meant to be. You’ll receive one-on-one instruction using a range of equipment including the mat, Reformer, Tower, Stability Chair, and more — all customized to meet your individual needs.

    We also offer 2:1 semi-private sessions, perfect for sharing your session with a friend, partner, or family member while still receiving focused support and personalized attention.

    Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or deepen your Pilates practice, these sessions provide a highly effective and supportive environment.

4:1 Small Group Reformer

These small group sessions offer a personalized, high-touch experience that closely mirrors private training.

  • With just 4 participants, you'll receive individual attention, hands-on adjustments, and expert guidance from our highly experienced instructors.

    Each session is rooted in the original Pilates principles, thoughtfully blended with contemporary movement - all while preserving the integrity and depth of the method. You'll build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected and confident in your body.

Small Group Pilates Mat

Our Small Group Mat Classes are engaging and supportive for up to 8 students.

  • These classes use small equipment such as stability balls, bands, and light weights, enhancing your workout and targeting a variety of muscle groups.

Our yoga sessions range from deeply restorative to gently energizing, with a focus on...

  • Class sizes are small to ensure personal attention and modifications for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, you'll feel safe, supported, and welcomed.

    • Vinyasa Flow – Breath-led movement for strength, mobility, and energy. Our most challenging offering.

    • Candlelight Yoga – A slower paced, Hatha-based evening session to relax and unwind by candlelight.

    • Therapeutic Yoga – Trauma-informed, gentle somatic movement, restorative poses, breathwork, and mindfulness to support the nervous system.

Prenatal Pilates & Yoga

Move with care, strength, and confidence through pregnancy.

  • Our Prenatal class has recently been combined with our Wednesday 10:00 am Pilates + Yoga class.

    It’s the same supportive, feel-good class, now with a mix of prenatal and non-prenatal clients sharing the space, and is taught by Ashley, our dedicated prenatal instructor.

    Many other classes on our schedule are also prenatal-friendly. Most of our instructors have in-depth prenatal training (and are experienced mamas themselves!), and offer thoughtful, informed support throughout pregnancy.

    We recommend:

    • Candlelight Yoga on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm

    • Pilates Mat classes taught by Kiri, Denise, Andrea, Ashley, or Nicole

    If you’re looking for more personalized support, private Pilates equipment sessions are a wonderful option during pregnancy.

    **Please be sure to let us know that you are pregnant by completing our intake form before your first class, and ensure you have prior experience with the class style you are attending.

Mom & Baby Classes

Our Mom & Baby Pilates+Yoga class is our most popular offering! (8-week series)

    These 8-week, pre-registered series run Mondays at 2:00 pm and Wednesdays at 2:00 pm.

    Blending gentle Pilates, yoga, and mindful strength, these classes support you through the early postpartum months by helping you reconnect to your core, ease tension, and rebuild strength safely. We focus on postpartum-specific needs while gradually improving posture, restoring mobility, and supporting deep core and pelvic floor recovery.

    The class is intimate, casual, and fully supportive — feed, rock, change, bounce, or hold your baby whenever you need. This space is yours.

    We’re a studio full of mothers, and we truly understand what these early months can feel like 💛
