4:1 Small Group Reformer

  • designed to support your changing body, ease tension, and build strength as you prepare for birth and beyond. Taught by certified pre/postnatal instructors (and fellow mamas), it’s also a wonderful way to connect with others on the same journey and find your mom crew.

Mom & Baby Classes

Our Mom & Baby Yoga/Pilates fusion class is our most popular offering! (6-week series)

  • This 6-week pre-registered series runs Mondays at 2pm, providing gentle movement and connection for both you and your baby (pre-crawlers only).

    Taught by certified postnatal instructors and fellow mamas, it’s a supportive space for early postpartum recovery.
